Evolving Inclusive and Safe Organizations in a Diverse and Complex World

The world is getting smaller, yet the differences – whether it is age, gender, cultures, religions, nationalities, sexual preferences are being highlighted and honored to ensure that not matter the difference – we can connect, understand, get along and work together.
This program is delivered in an interactive way by creating a safe space for storytelling for open and empathetic conversations to realize that each and everyone’s lived experience is valuable and different – yet everyone can find common ground on emotional feelings and needs based on a set of values, ethics and human virtues.
Through a mindfulness practice and introspection, the session will enable participants to explore their past conditioning, biases and prejudices without judgment to realize their useful in the current context – yet to realize these hardwired minds will take time and effort to change.
The session will anchor on the core values of the organization.

Pre-Program Research, Information Gathering and Design Processes
The optimal way to ensure success of these sessions is to intimately understand the culture of the organization and the reason as to the need for such a training and the expectations of outcomes.
As such, the facilitator will meet with the coordinator and management to gather this information before customizing the program to meet the requirements.
