Mindfulness practice helps you to be resilient to control your emotions – anger, frustration, fear - so you can be inquiring, thoughtful, logical, rational and strategic, to focus on the work that needs done, rather than people and situations that may irritate you.

The modern workplace can be very challenging with its fast pace and being asked to do more with less. If you tend to lose your patience, get angry and find it challenging to manage your emotions with all this – this is the program for you.

There are some timeworn and proven practical tools that may help you to better control your emotions, find the balance to be more logical and rational for wellbeing and wellness at the workplace.

This 2-day program designed for a small group is about that.

We will link these mindfulness tools with emotional intelligence and organizational behaviour theories and tools, so you can immediately make the linkage to work towards changing your way of being at work.
